GENERAL SANTOS CITY (PNA) – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 12 or Southwestern Min-danao declared Friday to file charges against several personnel of the South Cotabato provincial jail following the “disappearance” of a “big time” illegal drug suspect from the facility earlier this week. |
