That’s what Pope Benedict told African bishops recently as they closed their synod in Rome. The synod’s theme was “The Church of Africa at the service of reconciliation, justice and peace.”

When my sister breastfed her youngest baby boy, she experienced nipple sore on one of her breasts. And so, I told her to apply some breast milk on the affected part of her breast each time she feeds her baby aside from checking on the right positioning during breastfeeding. After a couple of days, the sore on my sister’s nipple was completely gone!
